pioneer 106 error message

Hi all
i have had this pioneer 106 for about 3 months now without a problem..but last night this message started appearing when trying to back up dvd's..

using bulkpaq orange, but i always have.
using win xp pro.

can someone tell me what the hell's going on here please.

hi mate i to have a pioneer dvr-106d and used the bulkpaq orange discs, i only managed 6 good back ups from 25, changed back to ritek's g04 and backed up 25 out of 25, not saying this is your problem but good be a bad batch or something hope it helps
