I am having a problem and I think I might know what it is but I am not sure. I have received some videos in VOB format and when I burn them to DVD, they play ok on my PC but when I put them in my stabd alone DVD Player, the Movie / Video starts and it is like the tracking is off on a VHS tape.
I am thinking maybe they are PAL format and not NTSC. Is this correct? If not please let me know. I have burnt the DVD's with Nero, Record Now, DVD Decrypter, and Eazy CD/DVD Creator all with the same results.
TIA for your assistance.
