The ac3 sound is too soft, is there a way to increase the vol before authoring?Can besweet do it?

Rip the audio out, use GoldWave or something to increase the amplitude (beware of clipping) then remux and author. If you're not too concerned about the dynamic ranging of the audio (which is why AC3 is so soft sounding) then normalise it out.
