FYI DVD Copyware comes packaged with Nero OEM Suite I and must be installed to run Copyware. Nero will not intall if you have Roxio. I have a Memorex dual format DVD+/-RW drive and it came packaged with Roxio. The problems I had after DELETING ROXIO (so I could install software) were numerous to say the least, my drive often wasn't recognized. After much distress I have my computer working as it did before loading DVD Copyware and Nero and do not think I will attempt again. Fifty bucks wasted.
DVD Copyware support Sucks. I e-mailed them numerous times and on at least two occasions told them I had Roxio on my system, and they never mentioned incompatability issues. At first I was impressed with response time, but soon figured out they were just automatically sending out form e-mails which fit the general description of the problem.
See next post for other problems I had with DVD Copyware.
