can clonedvd reconize dvdshrink file

i have used dvdshrink(all versions) to back up my dvd collection,but i just found clonedvd,ive learnt how to use it ,but when i try to use the backed up dvdr done through shrink,i dont seem to be able to imput the files,keeps telling me there the wrong (ts files)is there a way of putting them through clonedvd without recoding them agian
any help would be very much abliged.

There's nothing different about files produced by DVD Shrink. Rip the DVD to your HD. It's the method you used to burn the disk that's causing the problem of not opening the files.
