I used TMpegAuthor DVD to import a VOB file (with AC3 sound) (using add Video), then I used the "Cut/Edit" function to edit.
Then I complie the DVD and have an edit version of my VOB.
Then I import this edit VOB to DVDlab and do a better menu, but the timecode is not in sequence. At the "edit/cut" point, the timecode become zero again. What can I do to fix this? Also, the sound becomes out of sync after the edit/cut point in DVDlab but not in Tmpgenc
Even if I burn the edit VOB in TmpegAuthor, at the "Cut/Edit" point, it always stop a little bit before going to the next scene. Why is this happening?
Is there a software that can cut VOB and join them and with the timecode in sequence?
Thanks

Sorry I can't answer your questions directly but I might be able to suggest a work around.
Pull your edited VOB back into TMPGEnc DVD Author as a "new project" using the import DVD video option.
Then select the MPG to HDD option.
This should give you an MPG2 to use in DVDLab (hopefully with no issues)
Good luck.
