Looks like if there are balck scenes with voice over then the
video doesn't get played or recorded and voice moves ahead of
video requiring av missync correction
I have noticed that if you take a vob file and play it
in chopper Xp and then play the same file in VDUB (mpeg2 with the
Ac decompressor installed) there is av missync problem
Looks like it is better to demux vido and audio and then convert
the video into divx and then add the audio is a better solution
