I can't author some SVCD files. I tried to open them in TMPGEnc DVD Author but I got this message:

*The video sequence header is incorrect.

The video sequence header is incorrect.
A video sequence header is necessary for every GOP in a standard DVD.

Can someone plz explain to me what when wrong. Also, can someone recommend another program that will help me author this files.
