  1. I normally use DVD-R (I have a Sony 500A) but a friend asked if I could do a couple of DVD+R backups for him. I started doing so, and was (stupidly) uninstalling something at the same time, and for some reason, it got to 98% and said it was finished. Only it wont play anywhere. I have a feeling that if only I could finalise it, it would work. But there doesnt seem to be any way to do this. Anyone have an idea ? I have Nero and Alcohol as burning progs, but can find (at least demo's) of others if its possible. Anyone know a way out ?

  2. JUST USE DVDDECRYPTER TO BURN A DVD-R TO DVD+R. WORKS GREAT. USE DVDDECRYPTER IN ISO MODE. FIRST ISO-READ FOR SAVE THE FILE TO YOUR HD, THEN ISO WRITE TO BURN.

Thanks, but I was after advice on how if possible to finalise an already burnt disk. I tend to use Veritas record now, or Alcohol 120%, and they've never failed me until now, and its been my fault anyway, not Alcohol's. As I say, I'm trying to find out if its possible to finalise AFTER the event !
