    I'm looking for an easy way to insert menus into one of my older dvds.
    What would be the best way to go about that?

    rip it, insert the vob files in TMPGENC DVD author and make your menu's.
    Then recode and burn.

    DVDLab also does reauthoring so you can insert menu's

    and I think maa wrote a guide on how to get more than one audio stream
