Doom III : just when you thought it was safe to pre order

After all this waiting, we fianlly get a date that was suppose to be final, may-june release. Well now its not so final as Activison has pushed back the release form 2004 to 2005, no other date. This is very funny, its like Doom and Half Life are trying to see who can suck the most by be delayed the longest. Now I cna understand a delay or two, things happen. But if it is really 2005, thats 2 years later then they had first wanted a release...thats just outrageous... Next time dont announce a game if its so bad you delay it 2 years. Thsi si alot worse then nintendo use to be about release dates. There has never been a firm date, but i know it wasnt meant for a 2005 release.

If DOOM3 and HL2 are delayed it doesn't really hurt them that much, they already know the longer they delay the bigger the number of people with the system stats to run it will be.

thats probably why its delayed .. it needs a p5 dual proc with 1gb of ddr500 and 40gb of storage.!!
