After refreshing the link a dozen times I tried the top level and found this news item:
So if anyone has further news, or notices the forum has come back, please add a post here.the forum server is currently unreachable and since the admin is currently on a plan (or will soon be), we'll have to wait a bit for things to get back to normal. Sorry :(
