I have the two towers extended edition, and its 2 dvds just for the movie. I know how to copy something without menus and how to copy something with menus (dvd2one). But how would i go about copying this (i want to put it on one dvd). i figured i'd do the same thing, but before burning, i'd merge the vob files somehow, or something. any tips?
also, is dvd2one the easiest/fastest software to use for this job and similar ones (cause if its not i'm going to get something else).

I did this exact thing and I used DVD2one and although I thought it would look like crap, I was wrong, it came out pretty damn good.
I ripped both DVDs with DVDDecrypter.
I stripped the subs and audio not wanted with ifoedit.
joined with DVD2one.
Burned with BurnAtOnce.
Viewed with PS2, PowerDVD, Pioneer settop box.
Came out better than expected... There are other ways of doing this but this method was quick and painless. Good luck.-=[ JHMac ]=-
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it. -
The latest version of DVD2ONE has this new "join" function. It will join 2 discs and not the VOB files as such, just decrypt both discs to your hard drive and away you go.
