Audio Problem and other things.

I've ripped several scenes from a DVD, and then re-author them into TMPGEnc DVD Author. The only problem is that it says they don't have any audio, but when I play the .VOB files that I ripped, they have sound.
I use SmartRipper, and can't find any settings there for sound.
This has happened to other DVDs too.

Does anyone know how to fix this up?

I still can't fix this problem up, and it happens with Taxi Driver, Scarface and Hannibal (Zone 1 versions).

I also get a problem with dozens of other movies where it says that the GOP heading is too big.

I couldn't find any info on these problems, so can someone please help me.
