I have ripped a DVD (approx. 5.4GB) to the Hard drive which plays with Power DVD. I want to burn it to a DVD BUT do not want to use tools such as DVD shrink. Instead I want to "cut" some sections out. I see a lot of vob files etc. What is the best tool to edit and cut please so that I can end up with less than 4.5GB?
