  1. A couple of months ago i stopped using my nero 6.0.09 as when i created dvds it would have errors during the burn and wouldnt play the dvds sometime. I switched to stomp and had no problems

Does anyone know if you upgrade to the latest nero 6 with the updates on the website, if you can write dvds and play them without any problem asi dont wanna waste my dvds.

I used to burn my dvd movies using the dvd utf selection rather than the dvdvideo as the dvdvideo burning method wouldnt play on my standalone

Anyone got any opinions 4 me

    cheers

  2. I have heard people say that nero 6 has some dvd problems..you can see if you can get an older version 5.5

    Or you can try recordnowmax...

I personally use nero but every once in a while I get strange errors so I will use recordnowmax with no problems at all...VERY easy to use.

I too had problems but have updated to the latest and all problems I had have gone away. Get the latest update and give it another try.

  4. I have the newest NERO also and have never had problems...I dont know why some people run into problems with it. Must be computer configurations.

  5. The newest version of Nero works great for me as well. Haven't encountered any playback issues.

I started using Nero back when it was 4.xx, still using it in the 5.xx, can't remember burning one coaster due to it including 100's of DVD's. Won't pay for it again though to get 6.xx as 5.xx works for me. Seems my last 3 recorders came with an OEM 5.xx copy.
