Change 480x576 to 704x576 whitout recoding

I´m using TMPGEnc DVD Author to make my DVD´s but somtimes i get
an error...... you cannot use this resolution 480x576 ..............

I use Tmpgenc to recode films but i takes a long time

Is there any easy way to change 480x576 to 704x576,
or do i have to recode the film.
