    I know these aren't the most popular apps on this board, but I've been spending some time working on DiVA, and 3ivx 4.5 really is awesome. You guys interested in MPEG-4 might want to check it out.

    Actually I like Diva though overall I have little use for MPEG-4. I made some Sorenson compressions of widescreen music videos ... Diva lets you crop stuff very precisely.

    I like DIVA because above all else,if I'm stuck trying to get a
    crappy formatted PC .MPEG-2 file to play or even work in VLC,
    I can put it through DIVA and at least get a preview of
    whether or not its worth keeping!

    will check them out!!
    Any word on an update for DIVX doctor II yet?
