Does the Sony DRU-510 work with ReelDVD 3.0?

The compatibility lists at Sonic for ReelDVD 3.0 show it works with the Sony DRU-500 DVD burner, but list no higher models. I know it works with some higher models that aren't on that list (such as the Panasonic DVR-106A, which isn't on the list, yet the 105A is). I'm thinking about buying a DRU-510 specifically to use with ReelDVD 3.0 but I want to make sure it'll work before I buy it.

Is there anybody out there with a DRU-510 that's used it with ReelDVD? It ships with Sonic's MyDVD, which is a good indicator, but I specifically need to use the drive with ReelDVD for functions it has that MyDVD does not.

If you're really into ReelDVD and the DRU510, then go ahead with your purchase. You can always 'Create Image', or 'Create DVD-Video' in ReelDVD, for later burning using DVD Decrypter, or Nero (or whatever).

I just don't think you can do a straight burn to DRU510 via ReelDVD, since DRU510 is relatively new (in relation to ReelDVD's version).

Now that's some good advice. Thanks man, that's just what I'm gonna do. Didn't even occur to me to image the project and burn with another app (insert forehead slap here).
