After I typed what I want; how do I create it to scroll down using java or html code? Or is there anyother way if java and html can't do it?

Here is how to create an up/down arrow that scrolls as you move your mouse over them. You could probably easily modify it to become automatic iff need be.

my mistake........I don't mean that bar scroll down.........

I want the auto scroll down texts. For example, like getting credits to whom ever making the movie.

I'm not also talking about putting into movies.........I want to know how to do it in the website.
