Im getting this card from USA (ntsc) soon,What Im wondering is can I capture Pal videos with this card ? Im not talking about surfing channels which Ive learned impossible with a ntsc tuner,but how about capturing from other sources like s-vhs and composite ?

Please help me out on this

Yes, you can.
One evening I was playing back and capturing home videos from a PAL camcorder (through composite). Everyday, I am using my system for NTSC.
