  1. i have a dvd burner that can only burn dvd+r i wanted to know if theres anyway that i can tweak it to burn dvd-r i have so many blank dvd-r`s i would like to use but my burner cant read it to copy something on it can anybody help pleas

    If your DVD burner is a +R only (an old HP or so) it would't be possible to burn -R media by 'tweaking' it....
    You did not say what the make/model of your DVD+R(W) burner is...

    Depending on how many empty DVD-Rs you have you might want to get a dual format DVD burner. They only go for about 120$ to 150$.

  5. am trying to write on a dvd-r dvd with my dvd+r burner its a buslink its an all in one (dvd+rw/dvd+r/dvd-rom/cd-rw/cd-rom)....writing speeds of 2.4x
