  1. I'm not sure this is worth a post, but what the heck, we're all pals here. I think doing this has been talked about before on this list. Here's an Applescript application that will let you do it quick. Drag your iDVD 3 folder onto the application's icon.

    Download it.

    Read about it.

  3. But did you know that all the version 1 themes are included with a default installation of version 3, but with no way to access them using the interface?

  5. The themes from version 1 (non motion menus) were activated in my version 2 iDVD i stall. When I upgraded to version 3, I merely copied them to the appropriate library. Actually I think the installer did that for me, along with my Favorites (themes I created myself). It was after Panther's install that I had to manually move the library to the new system. I can't rememeber what I did back in version two to activate them; I recall there was a discussion of it on some Mac DVD group and someone spelled it out. Perehaps Ihad to download them from somewhere...by the way there are some free themes out there on the internet (again mostly non motion menus). but it's relatively easy to create one's own. FCP4's inclusion of the Sountrack looping tool makes it a lot easier.
