hi there everyone,
just got a doubt about the quality of sound in dvd backups.
i´ve noticed in some backups that the sound seams to have a lower level forcing me to get the amplifier volume louder to compensate.
I normally do my backups either with dvd2one 1.2.2 or with instant copy 7.0.3.140 but only the ones made with instant copy give me that impression about sound quality.
sometimes analyzing the size of the audio stream before and after the compresssion it shows up different values normally smaller after the compression.
so my question is:
is instant copy also compressing the audio stream?
did anyone notice this also?
just looking for some opinions on this issue
thanks in advance
my best regards
