Combining multiple DVDs into one DVD

I know the subject sounds a little easy but read on.

I have the 3 Stooges double Feature DVD. It is 2 discs. I used DVD Decrypter to put them on my HD. Each rip is just under 2 gigs.
My question, is there a way to combine both of these separate rips into 1 dvd burn?

DVDShrink will do that easily if you don't want menus.
The other alternative is to use an authoring program that
will accept VOBs as input.
