    some reason when ever i watch a xvid the picture is either green screen, or it blurs all together making it unwatchable
    was wondering if anyone knows what might be my problem?

    Try viewing with this version of avi preview and make sure you have the latest xvid codecs.

    Don't bother.

    Get the 4cc changer and make rest your AVI to divx/divx , it should play fine if you can play DivX's . DivX/XviD are both MPEG4's and FFDShow renders them just fine. You problems are indicitive of an ooooollldddddd XviD codec.
