I have the ATI AIW Radeon and the Marvel G400TV. Since there were a lot of issues with the ATI I tried with the marvel card. The G400TV was originally made for Win98 and thus has no hardware compression support in Win2000, so I have trouble capturing with no frames dropped. But, if you want to use the card as a digital VCR, I would certainly recommend the Marvel because the dual-head solution is really great! I can capture a TV-show and then watch it later on my TV-Set with very good quality. The ATI TV-out solution sucks!
As I understand the G450eTV supports hardware compression in W2k, so you shouldn’t have the same problem as I have.
