    Hi, I just did an auto update recently and after the update, my svcd2dvd crashes whenever I start the program. The error message was:

    "Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

    Process id=0xbe8(3048), Thread id=0xf50(3920)

    Click OK to terminate the application.
    Click CANCEL to debug the application."

    Anybody has encounter'd the same problem or know how to fix? Thanks in advance.

    Can you try a unistall/reinstall from a freashly downloaded setup file (i.e re-download)
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    Sadly, I thought it was related to the fact to the free version, and I have got the svcd2dvd 1.5 one. I have even upgraded the files and I still get the same error. Any ideas?

    the other thing to try is to uninstall .Net 1.1. Install .Net 1.0 followed by .Net 1.1.

    Pain but has worked in the past.
