Hi.
I have a DivX 29.970 fps file, an would like to convert it to 25.000 MPEG-2. I use VirtualDub and TMPGEnc for this, but I need to know whether the DivX is interlace or progressive.
- How can I determine whether a DivX is interlaced or preogressive?
- Is it best, that VirtualDub or TMPGEnc does the frame rate conversion (both can do so)?
