Philips DVD 710 Users - Help requested

HI All,

anyone out there that can confirm that the Philips DVD 710 can read/play DVD+RW.

In some lists I saw I would work, however was not able to make it work.

Any special p-code setting and/or tricks for burning welcome

It may not be a general case but i can tell you that my Philips DVD710 can paly DVD+R or DVD+RW.
It's a zone 2 player ... may it's different with a zone 1 or zone free player.

My Philips 710 (region free) can play +RWs no problem burnt in Nero in DVD-Video mode.

However, it throws up on +Rs burnt in the same way.

Smasmi, what media are your +Rs and how are you burning them ? What firmware is your 710 ?
