FYI: Epson CDR Print Tray

I broke the print tray so , I called Epson to find out how to reorder the item. The part is called a CDR Tray # 806 for $14.40. The # to call is 1-800-524-8338, I spoke with Kevin who sent me a copy of the parts for the printer. Just some info for anyone who might need a replacement. I am going to order 2 just to have a spare. If anyone needs a copy of the diagram I have it you can post a req here and I'll send it out.

It's odd, the paper feed is very similar to the older printers that I have been able to mod.

And for $15, it's hard to buy the materials to make one caddy, making many its OK, but for just one it's a little expensive.

Printer is the same as Photo 870. Do you think that modification of Photo870 is possible?

To do the exact same thing would difficult. I have been told that when you move the lever from paper to CD printing, it moves the head height and the wheels on the output shaft. Other than that, no idea.
