I'm looking for a video card based on the Chips and Technologies 65545 or 65550 chips for use with flat panel displays. This is the controller card for the LCD and it uses a 50 pin cable that looks like a mini SCSI 50 pin cable. The monitor came with a VLB card and I of course need PCI or ISA. The only cards I can find are $150-$200, and for that I can just wait for a Kogi 14 inch to go sale, would really like to find the card for about $50. And before anybody says it, I did check Ebay, ALL nearly 3000 entries for video card. I spent a few hours scrolling through the lists and checking anything that I was familiar with. These displays are normally used with Point Of Sale machines and other industrial machines. The fore runner of DVI and still used in most notebooks. I did check with the manufacturer of the display (Sceptre) but they can't be bothered to reply as this is a discountinued item. If anyone can point me in the correct direction that would be most helpful. Thanks.

Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?
