Using Showbiz but need to create chapters

I have Showbiz which came with my burner. It seems to be easy to use but I have a few questions.

1. Can I create chapters? (from what I've read, no. But how should I do it then).

2. In creating the menu, how can I create Text links that take you to the page with lists of the chapters of the movie? I can't seem to figure out how to make the link from a thumbnail to text and still be a link.
