I am trying to re encode an mkv file with a few chapters using Handbrake. I click on the Create Chapters Markers tab but it doesn't do anything. There is a tab that says Import, but I don't know exactly what I would be importing. I thought that you could create your own chapters with Handbrake. If someone could enlighten me as to what I need to do to create chapters in an mkv I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
