Hi,
I've been having trouble capturing analogue-digital footage via my ADVC-100.
Initially I couldnt see any footage at all - after a re-build, I realised it was DirectX9.0b which was causing that trouble. So I have now re-built my machine with an earlier version of DirectX...
But now, I obtain 'blocky' or pixelly (sorry for non-technical terminology) footage and no audio.
I am using Window2000 SP3 and have the Canopus DV Codec installed. All of the hardware & cables are fine though, as I have tested them throughly. I am also using WinDV and Adobe Premier 6.0
Could this be an issue between my fire-wire card and the ADVC100? (I can capture fine direct from a DV Cam though)
Or is there another Codec or something which I would need to install?
Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks,
