Hi to all and .... happy 2004!!
I was wondering if anybody tried nero for real time dv capturing to mpeg2 (dvd compliant) file.... (not the VR mode)
At the moment i'm using scenalyzer to capture, vegas to edit and procoder to encode.
But sometimes i don't have the time to wait and i would like some (old ) videos to be captured real time to a simple mpeg file so i could author it later.
If anybody had experience with nero or another easy prog, please let me know!!!!
Thank you advance!!

i used nero to capture from dv. i got about 1 hour of video with about 46 dropped frames, that's pretty good for me. the quality isn't that bad at all. Nero 6 does a very good job. give it a try
