  1. I have checked forums for what is probably a more than obvious answer to my question, but being so green on capturing video , just watching I can't seem to get my system working normally after I experiement. I have a 48X CD-RW/DVD combo drive with the all in wonder Radeon 9000 TV tuner. Is it possible to transfer my recorded movie files to CD, or someone said 2 CD's for viewing later on my computer or other dvd player. I understand I am totally out of my league on asking and have a lot to learn about computers let alone formats, but if anyone could just tell me if it's possible and where to turn. I wouldn't even now what forum to check. Thanks for your time.

You'll need to capture with ATI MMC, I'd suggest capturing SVCD format (480x480 MPEG2 at 2520 VBR),

then use TMPGEnc to splice out commercials (or Womble MPEGVCR if you can spend a little money),

a finally VCD Easy 1.1.5.2 (free version) to make the SVCD and burn,

    and you're done.

I don't work with SVCD, as I burn DVD, but the guides on my site, with the altered settings I mentioned above, will get you steered in the right direction.
