  1. I have Ulead Video Studio 7, and just suddenly it stopped capturing the audio. The video gets captured but the audio is not. Anybody know any thing?

    What were you capturing, and what were your settings and how far did you get into capturing before you loas audio? How much disk space is left on your hard drive?

  3. I just had my hi8 camera plugged in, it always captured both audio and video, but it just stopped capturing the audio. I tried the same thing in pinnacle 8 and it worked, but videostudio 6 & 7 wont capture will not capture the audio. I have plenty of hard drive space. the setting for video is the s-video setting and the audio is the same as i normally use. I just dont understand why it quit all of a sudden.

  5. I have an ATI all-in-wonder video card that has a little box that plugsinto the card and has inputs for a/v plugs and s-video

Click on the Volume icon in the tray->Options->Prop.->Recording and make sure line-in is selected and the volume is around mid level.Also check in Capture tab of VS and look for Options setting and make sure your line-in is selected.Lastly go to Setting->Control Panel->Sounds & Multimedia->Audio and make sure your soundcard is selected.

  8. I've tried all of that. Like I say, It's only video studio thats not capturing the audio. Everything else is fine.
