    Do you mean upside down?
I've seen similar topics on that, but can't recall the solution, try a search above.

Sometimes. But you began by describing your problem wrong which is a good way to waste peoples time.

People are itching to help and when someone states a question that is vague or wrong or lacks any detail they can't help and so they have a little fun with sarcasm.

Ok, so on your computer vcds play the chapters in reverse order. Is this true for all vcds or just ones you author? If you authored them what program did you use and what program are you using to play them?

Whatever. Next time I'll try and word the question the way you guys want I dont understand how this is vague the vcd plays backwards meaning the track list is NOT in order. Oh well I'll find help elsewhere.

The replies are vague because you are not providing us with the additional details needed to answer your question. We are not there with you viewing the problem. We can only go by your description and information you provide to try to help. Since this is a public forum and not a PAID service, you take the good with the bad. People volunteer to help, it is not required.

Others have tried to get you to clarify the question in their replies, but since you did not get the response you wanted immediately, you started to get an attitude. You are not a total newbie. You have posted before and have been registered for a while, so you know how this works. Get with the program.
