okay, my dvd player plays all the svcd's I have from other people..they say they do them the sameway as I do with TMPGENC...
but I get choppy stuttering playback that pixelates in fast scenes
and I've tried different field order in interlacing...bitrate...
what else could be the cause of this ? They play totally
normal and smooth (and look great) on PowerDVD and Intervideo.
What can cause this choppy playback/stuttering of SVCD's ?
I encode stuff usually at 2520bitrate +224 audio and
the field order is whatever the program suggests. I'm from a PAL country so it's always 25fps material and I always use that, so wrong frame-rate is out of the question. And bad medium is not an issue either.
