  1. May i know is there any PowerDVD plugins that increase the quality of my sound? I played a dvd file with it but the sound kinda disappointing..

    I don't know of any plugins. Try the DVD on another player but I suspect the problem is with the DVD, not PowerDVD. If this is not a commercial DVD, it may have the sound encoded at a low bitrate. Check it with Gspot.

    The OEM version of PowerDVD is only 2 channel. You are required to purchase the audio packs to gain various features, 1 being multi channel audio.
    To check , on the PowerDVD GUI panel click on the Cyberlink name then in the new window double click the gold POWERDVD writing.
    The audio capability is shown, either as 2 or 6
