Hi! I have a video file in adobe Premier 6.0.....
I insert a video clip..
did some chanes...
save it and tried to export it out to mpg using a free plugin for tmpgenc...
But when the video is saved out, it seems to be jerking quite seriously..
Imagaine a wand unrevealin some words and it is like display the first, third, then second, third word....

Tried to export as pure AVI also has this prob......

My hd is very clean..... so should not be HD laggin.....
The video file is also very intact.. smmoooth and nice...
