    Hi,

    what I learnt in this forum is that DivX is small and good for Desktop viewing.

    Since I downloaded my videos from the SONY camcorder to an AVI file, I'd like to convert to DivX.

    Which tool/codec gives the best results? Sound doesn't matter; guess PCM to MP3 conversion should be ok.

    Any version of DivX Pro 5.xx should be OK. The newest is 5.10.
