  1. I am having a lil bit of problem converting SVCD to VCD. I have a cartoon that is encoded as a Divx 4.12 SVCD. And I would like to convert it to VCD so I could put 3 different cartoons onto 1 VCD. I tried using VirtualDub, but gives me a "MPEG Import Filter: Pack Synchronization Error". And I tried "Simple Multiplex" in TMPGEnc....I burned it off as an MPEG before, but I do not know how I did it, However, The Video and the audio did NOT match past the first 30seconds. What can I do ???

    Please respond immediately !

    Thank You,

    How'd you manage to pull that off?

    If its an SVCD ie MPEG-2, you can run it thru DVD2AVI, and re-encode it to VCD Specs.

    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author
