burning error

I'm trying to back up my original copy of Mr Show season 3. I had no problem with disc 2, but disc 1 I have. When I burn it , it burns up to 98% and then just stops.....? The program doesn't freeze, it just never moves past 98%. I'm using dvdshrink, a sony dru-500ax with RecordNow DX 4.60. I have tried Imation dvd-r and Philips dvd+r, same result with both. I get no error messege, the program keeps going as though everything is fine, but it stays at 98% and the countdown timer is gone.

I would make an image using imgtool and burn the image using DVD Decrypter, has always worked for me.

Or try using a different burning program of your choice

use dvd-rw to avoid coasters

does the VIDEO_TS Folder (Output of DVDShrink) play properly
