    some people who as read my posts know i have been having a few problems burning my vcd and svcd.. im still getting the judder,,,
    QUESTION if someone as ripped a dvd and made it into a avi then someone then as converted that into a mpeg do you get get ntsc and pal mpegs...or is a mpeg just a standard thing . is there any software to convert ntsc into pal

    Your MPEG file would be either PAL or NTSC - depending on the resolution and frame rate. There are guides on this site to help you convert from NTSC to PAL, or PAL to NTSC.
