unable to view downloaded movies from "ishareit"

i was wondering if anyone had trouble with this "ishareit" site? I have downloaded a movie and i can't play it, even though i downloaded the recommended codecs. "ishareit" doesn't respond to my emails. i was hoping that someone else might have experience with them and could make a suggestion (including how to cancel the service!) or a site that is better for downloading movies????

How about we don't care for you talking about this subject on this web site. Your problem is with that web site so go complain to them. Read what this site is about please. Your topic is not one of them. Thank you!
