    Hi , I download from the net a not good quality picture asf, Does anyone know how to make into good quality picture or there's no other ways?

    Garbage in, Garbage out.

    It's very difficult to 'improve' a video that's already encoded (exceptions being certain noise types can be filtered , sometimes). More than likely any conversion will look worse than what you have now.

    Who still makes ASF's? Must be old.
