    I got that error in instantcopy when trying to convert to dvd-r the title OutLawStar Volume 2 disc 1. Same thing for DVD volume of Sorcerer Hunters.

    The same thing happened in CloneDVD and dvd2one.
    Dvdshrink will pick up the movie, but will miss a few titles (episodes).

    Anyone know how to fix that problem?

    Rip the Entire DVD with DVDDecryptor to your hard disk first.

    It's kinda obvious that I already did that.

    It happens only with a few dvds.
