Creating Cue/Bin with TSVC

When I finished creating all the menus, and wanted to create the bin/cue file, this is what I got:

VCDxBuild finished

try chapterindex.mpg rather than chapter index.mpg

U use 0.73 rel 1.
There was a bug when you add more than 1 menu.

newest version is 0.74
